Price

Duration

About the Course
This workshop introduces parents to the practice of infant massage, a powerful tool for promoting physical, emotional, and developmental well-being in babies. Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing technique that fosters bonding between parent and child while also supporting relaxation, improved sleep, and digestive comfort. Through guided, hands-on demonstrations, parents will learn safe and effective massage strokes, how to recognize their baby's cues and signals, and the best times to incorporate massage into their daily routine. We will also discuss ways to create a calming environment that supports the massage experience and fosters a deeper parent-child connection. As we know nap schedules may vary, your child is invited to participate. As a precaution please have a doll readily available.
