Part 1 Tummy Time

This workshop will provide parents with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of tummy time in their infant's development. The session will highlight how regular tummy time promotes healthy physical growth, helps minimize positional issues such as flat head syndrome (plagiocephaly), and enhances sensory exploration. Parents will learn about the optimal frequency and duration of tummy time, techniques to make it a fun and engaging experience, and how to adapt tummy time as their baby grows. We will also address common concerns such as why some babies may initially resist tummy time. Participants will receive practical strategies to help overcome these challenges.
